We work both locally and nationally with discerning clients on the expert execution of high-value projects. Justin Martinkovic

Principal AIA, NCARB

Justin defines the firm’s vision, driving a culture of radical ownership, ego-free collaboration, and uncompromising client service. Never satisfied with the status quo, he pushes his team to consistently exceed expectations. A graduate of Syracuse University, Justin is a licensed architect in 21 states, leading the firm with a ceaseless desire to improve, a healthy dose of humility and a commitment to investing in his teammates.

Brian Milford

Principal AIA

A graduate of Syracuse University School of Architecture, Brian is a highly experienced architect in commercial and residential design and construction. He serves as the Director of Architecture in the firm and meets with the team regularly to assure a client’s goals are understood, design and documentation are first rate, and project development remains on schedule. Brian is a mentor and coach at heart and takes great joy in watching a project to come life through the efforts of our team and seeing all the great compliments they receive from our satisfied clients.
